With process tomography, we offer you a powerful tool to optimize your process fluid-dynamically. This allows you to achieve higher yields with less energy input. Electrical process tomography (ERT) is an excellent method for practical, three-dimensional visualization and measurement of a wide variety of mixing, stirring and flow processes. This is of interest, for example, in biological and chemical batch and flow reactors (e. g. bubble columns), in fermenters of biogas plants, in wastewater treatment and sewage treatment plants, in tanks and storage vessels, and in aquaculture and hydroponics systems.
We have built up extensive know-how, e. g. to specifically determine the input of oils, fibers, salts or even gas bubbles to design and optimize reactors. Unlike many other techniques, ERT is also suitable for the study of opaque, highly concentrated, multidisperse non-Newtonian multiphase systems.
